U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs

2024–Present

In 2024, Kiley Arroyo was awarded a Fulbright Specialist designation through the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

The Fulbright Specialist Program pairs experienced professionals and scholars with host institutions in more than 150 countries to share expertise, strengthen institutional capacity, and foster enduring international partnerships.

Through this designation, Kiley contributes her work at the intersection of culture, systems transformation, and regenerative strategy in support of cross-cultural exchange and collaborative problem-solving.

At a time marked by polarization and planetary instability, the Fulbright mission resonates deeply with CSC’s core commitments: advancing mutual learning, safeguarding diverse cultural logics, and strengthening the relational foundations necessary for peaceful coexistence.

This recognition affirms CSC’s belief that enduring transformation depends not only on structural innovation, but on intercultural dialogue, shared imagination, and the ongoing cultivation of trust across difference.
